Job Brief
We are searching for high-energy and well-connected Account Managers who can recognize opportunities and turn leads to long-lasting partnerships.
With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Managers will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Managers may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable (Traditional and Digital Means), knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
- Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
- Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
- Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
- Prepare Creative Proposal, Quotations and Project Timeline
- Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
- Offering creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
- To align plans with Marketing Team and do Cold Calls and Outreach during down-time
- Brainstorm on ways to approach clients to upsell and cross-sell products/solutions with the team
- Manage and lead an account team to push sales and KPIs.
- Work with HR to interview and hire account executives to join the team
- Prepare monthly reports on leads, projects and sales figures and report to the account director/directors
- Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
- Be on the venue/onsite during setup and teardown of the campaign
- Night work/shifts to oversee productions setup/installations.

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Be contactable after workhours
- Keen and Open to work in an Agency Lifestyle
- Ready to get sweaty and dirty during setup/teardown.
- First-class organisational skills
- A pro-active approach to creative projects
- Experience of working solely and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
